Our talented in-house graphic designers have all your branding needs covered with logo design, advertising materials such as product brochures and webstores, screen printing and embroidery digitizing.

» CD-R, CD+R , CD-RW or DVD disks [PC format]
» 3.5” floppy disk [PC format only]
[2] EMAIL
» Please send file to your sales representative
» Files should be less than 5MB
» Any files that are larger than 5MB should be sent on electronic media [please see Section 1 above]
[3] FILE FORMATS ACCEPTED
VECTOR [for spot colour graphics]
» Adobe Illustrator [preferred]: editable EPS or AI up to version CS4
» Macromedia Freehand: editable EPS or native file up to version 10
» Convert all fonts to outlines or include all fonts required to print out file
» Include all placed or imported files usedBITMAP [for photographs or illustrations]
» Adobe Photoshop: PSD, TIFF, high resolution JPEG [300] or BMP
» We cannot do colour seperations using Microsoft Word [.DOC] or Powerpoint [.PPT] documents. We may have to re-draw at a cost.
» Keep in mind the desired output size and resolution of artwork. The lower the resolution, i.e. pixels per inch, the rougher the artwork will appear when printed. 300dpi is ideal.
A crisp and clear image ensures the highest quality during production. Jpeg's from the web are low quality as they are meant for screen resolution, not print.

BLACK & WHITE
» Artwork should be actual size with clean sharp edges with no halftones or gray areas
GRAYSCALE
» Artwork should be actual size and defined enough to be produced either as a one colour halftone [depending on the amount of detail] or using "index" grayscale separations
COLOUR
» Artwork should be at actual size and defined enough to be produced using “process” or “index” colour separations [additional art charges may apply]
» Artwork not suitable to use as is can be submitted as a colour or layout guide for artwork which requires reconstruction or creation [additional art charges may apply]
FILM SEPARATIONS
Please inquire with your sales representative before submitting

» Where colour matching is required, artwork should be accompanied by Pantone colour numbers
» You will be informed if any submitted artwork [electronic or hardcopy] is considered unusable “as is” and requires full or part reconstruction as well as production time at additional cost
» If you are not sure about any of the above requirements, speak to your sales representative before submitting artwork
» Positive Identity is not responsible for any artwork damaged or stolen due to unforeseen circumstances such as a fire or theft
